Payment

What is the ordering process like?

To begin the process of getting your certificate you must first order the certificate from our store and then you have to provide us with the following information.

Description of artwork.
The name of the artwork.
The technique used.
Measurements of the canvas or workspace.
Year of creation.
Edition number (whether or not the specified title is a part of a collection).
Required royalties (between 5-20%).

After receiving your information we will mint, encrypt and send out your certificates(smart certificate), key, and wallet that will arrive after 48 hours to your email address. There will be an easy-to-follow guide on the product page showing you exactly what is required to order and how to use the certificate when you receive it.

 

What is the turnover time between ordering my certificate and receiving it?

The time taken from you ordering your certificate to it arriving in your email is 48 hours. The time includes the process of minting and encrypting.

Can I change my information if I have made a mistake?

We always advise double-checking the information of your collection before submitting it to us. However, if you find after that you have made an error on your certificate then the only way to amend that is through the issuance of a new certificate. 

What are the limits in terms the royalties that I can set on my certificate?

We have a minimum of 6% and a maximum of 20% in terms of the royalties you can receive when your token changes hands. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your certificate has been sent to you via email. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.
